If you are running an online business, the best way to get new customers is through previous customers. It's a fact that people who have had a good experience with your product or service are more likely to return for another purchase compared to those people who didn't enjoy their first time shopping with you.

Here are four ways on how you can motivate and encourage them to come back for more:

1 . Make Them Happy! (Give Them What They Want)

The main reason why returning customers are so valuable is that they already know how to navigate your website, they will easily find the products that they want without any trouble at all. Not only that, but they already have some idea of what to expect. 

It's important that you do your best to meet their expectations and beyond, as it is the only way that they will keep coming back! Give them products of the same quality, or even better than before. Do everything within your power so that they will be extremely satisfied with what you are offering. Remember: a happy customer tells at least 7 people what he/she thinks about you… don't let this happen by disappointing them!
